Love and Kindness exercise was hard for me. When it comes to love and kindness I look for more physical as well as mental It was hard for me to relax and follow the video on this assignment. Maybe I had a stressful day and could not get my mind to focus but it was very difficult for to stay relaxed without my mind running.
I would recommend all the videos in this class to my friends. This unit assignment might of not affected me like the past assignemnts, but that doesn't mean someone else would benefit from listning to this video.
For me "mental workout" is just like a guy who walks into the gym to workout physically. Although you are lifting weights and doing cardio to build muscle and lose fat, the mind workout means such as meditation to help the mind to use more capacity. Meditation is a excellent mental workout and love and kindess and subtle mind are great example of ways of exercising the mind.
