I have done many relaxation exercises in the past but this techniques really made me focus on specific area of my body. I try to relax my arms because they are very tense and this exercise really made my arm feel limp and relaxed. Like the video talking about muscle being like a sponge. This technique helped me relax from inside my core out to my body. I really think this is something everyone should do everyday after work or exercise to feel relax and de-stressed. Visualize and keeping your mind blank is very important.
