This is just like the video exercise we did last week. I really like how focusing on breathing helps me feel relaxed while easing my mind. I especially like the part when they talked about seven colors of the rainbow related to your body. When your doing this exercise while picturing what the narrator is saying helps me visisualize while still focusing on my breathing. This exercise really made me concentrate on my internal feelings and emotions while helping me relieve my stress from work.
I found the color meditation useful as well. It is similar to other techniques of meditation I practice and think its a great way to teach people how to tap into their own bodies. Do you think this is a technique you will continue to use even after the class is done?
